Our everyday prices are very competitive and are well below the price of the same product in most other stores.
We have a Flat-rate shipping of $5.95, which includes registered post to guarantee delivery.
There will be an additional charge in shipping for the Kaiser wood products as these do weigh more.
All orders must come through the online shop. We will NOT accept orders by phone or email.
Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard cards are accepted without any additional service charge. Alternatively,payment can be made by cheque, money order or direct deposit to our bank account.
PLEASE NOTE. Orders paid by credit card will be given priority for processing. If your payment is by direct deposit, money order or cheque, your order will NOT be processed and NO CONFIRMATORY EMAIL will be sent to you until your money has been received by us. If some of the product you ordered is not available when we get your payment, we will contact you by email for instructions. If due, a refund cheque will be dispatched to you along with your ordered product. If payment is NOT RECEIVED within four (4) days of you sending the online order, your order will be cancelled.
