Price of goods
All prices are quoted inclusive of Australian 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Payment options
We accept the following payment methods
• Pay by Credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Australian Bankcard). • Pay by bank or personal cheque (order only processed after cheque clearance). • Pay by money order.
Please note. We do not accept American Express or Diners credit cards. Orders
We prefer that you place orders via our shopping basket and secure encrypted SSL order system. We will accept orders by mail but we will not take orders by phone or Fax.
Out of Stock policy
Our web site is constantly being updated and every attempt is made to ensure all advertised items are in stock. However, if a product is likely to be out of stock for only a few days before new supplies come into the shop, or there is a rush on a particular line, it is possible that an ordered product is not in stock when your order is processed. In this case we will either:
• Hold your order until the end of our normal three day processing time if new stock is expected in that time period. Payment will not be processed until the order is finally processed; or
• If new stock can not be secured within our normal three day processing time, we will process and dispatch the rest of the order and charge only for the supplied product.
Please note that back orders will not be held.
Delivery terms and Post & Handling (P&H) charges
Upon receipt of the order and verification of payment, goods will be dispatched by Australia Post (within Australia) within three working days. International orders will be dispatched by customer’s preferred method of delivery.
Delivery and P&H charges for all purchases are as follows: Orders within Australia
A $5.95 flat-rate P&H will be charged for each order. This charge INCLUDES registered post to guarantee delivery of the order. No additional P&H charge will be made for albums and trimmers. For especially large, bulky items like tote bags, actual postage will be quoted prior to processing and despatch of the order.
****Please note that Kaiser wood products and Albums do attract a higher rate of postage, this will be charged at the exact rate that the post office charges. If you would like a quote on postage before hand please add this in the notes at the checkout and we will get back to you before we process your order.
International orders will be based on weight and the cost of the customer’s preferred delivery method. The freight charge will be advised and email confirmation sought from the purchaser prior to processing payment or dispatch of goods.
Minimum order amount
The minimum order, exclusive of P&H, will be $10.00. Safe delivery of goods
All orders will be dispatched by registered mail. In the event of non-delivery, One Stop Scrapping will re-send the order. One Stop Scrapping will ensure all orders are securely packaged and registered at time of sending and any damage in transit will be at the purchaser's risk.One Stop Scrapping can arrange insurance and advise the cost prior to processing payment and dispatching the order.
True to colour
Customers should be aware that the colour of images of papers and other products displayed on this site and viewed on your computer may not be exactly the same as for the actual product. We endeavour to display images in as true to actual colour as is possible but even then the image you see displayed on your screen may be different. If you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, see our refund policy for the steps you should take to have this matter rectified.
Refund policy
Staff of One Stop Scrapping will take every possible care to ensure that the supplied goods are true to your order, are in perfect condition when dispatched and are securely packaged. However, errors do happen occasionally and manufacturing defects can go unnoticed. If the supplied goods do not meet your expectations, are different to those ordered, or you are not completely satisfied with some or all of the supplied goods, please notify us by email (oss@primusonline.com.au) within three days to organize a refund, credit or exchange. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and only after authorization by One Stop Scrapping. Any damage occurred during delivery is at the purchaser’s own risk or arranged insurance (see above policy). You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods (other than where a manufacturing defect is the reason in which case we will credit your postage). If after ordering you decide you no longer want the goods, One Stop Scrapping, at its discretion, may agree to refund the product cost, exchange the product or issue a credit provided the following conditions are met:
(i) One Stop Scrapping is notified by email (oss@primusonline.com.au) within 24 hours of delivery to inform us that you wish to return the goods.
(ii) Upon authorization by One Stop Scrapping, the goods must be returned in their original and unopened packaging with all costs and risks borne by the person returning the goods.
(iii) In the likely event that One Stop Scrapping agrees to refund, exchange or credit the order, such refund, exchange or credit will be exclusive of the original or actual P&H cost, which ever is the greater.
(iv) One Stop Scrapping will process the refund, exchange or credit only after the safe return of the goods and our satisfaction that they are not damaged in any way.
